How to resolve issues signing in

If you're having issues signing into your website, there's a good chance a browser extension or ad blocker could be causing the problem. Some ad blockers are too aggressive and block important parts of websites.

We recommend the following process for resolving issues signing in:

  1. Temporarily disable all browser extensions and ad blockers. This can typically be done easily by opening an incognito or private window. If you have extensions enabled for private windows, though, you'll need to manually disable those in your browser's settings.
  2. If you're using a VPN, try disabling that as well. Some VPNs have built-in content blockers that can break signin pages, too.
  3. Next, try restarting your browser, and if that doesn't work, restarting your entire computer.
