Securing your account with two-factor authentication (2FA)

Two-factor authentication, or 2FA, adds a layer of security to your account that is much stronger than what's possible with a password alone.

In addition to your password, 2FA requires you to enter a temporary code, which is provided by an authentication app, such as:

To enable 2FA on your 22Slides account:

  1. Login to your account's dashboard at https://dashboard.22slides.site and click Account at the top of the page.
  2. Then, click Security
  3. Click Enable 2FA
  4. Scan the QR code with your authentication app, and it will provide you with a 6-digit code.
  5. Enter the 6-digit code into the input, and click the Enable 2FA button.

That's it! You'll now be required to grab a temporary code from your authentication app each time you login to your site.

To disable 2FA, click the Disable 2FA button in the Account > Security section of your Dashboard.
